Having depression is one of the challenges since having my surgery two years ago. The recovery process for the past two years has not been as successful as it should have been. I am learning how to cope with the help of therapy. As I continue to grow with growing pains, I will continue to help spread mental health awareness through my platform. To find out more about me you can go to my website at to my blog.
