Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Lack of sleep can contribute to depression, mood swings, and less motivation. It is important for an individual to monitor their sleep patterns so they can leave a happy productive life. You supposed to have a least eight hours of sleep. I am lucky to get in three or four hours. Sleep is also the key element of enough quality sleep at the right times helps you function well throughout the day. People who are sleep deficient are less productive at work and school. After several nights of losing sleep—even a loss of just 1–2 hours per night—your ability to function suffers as if you haven't slept at all for a day or two. That is the way I feel when I don’t sleep. I feel so drowsy during the day it’s hard to take a nap. Having an awareness of this important issue can lead you to good health to tackle the problem.
